As a sushi chef, you’ll work alongside an enthusiastic and friendly team, ensuring that every piece of sushi and sashimi leaves our kitchen with the utmost care and attention. Ideally, you have some experience in this field and bring a cheerful personality that enhances our dynamic team!
What You will Do
The sushi station is your domain, where you prepare the most delicious and beautifully crafted sushi and sashimi dishes.
Contribute creatively with new and surprising ingredients while keeping an eye on the latest sushi trends both locally and internationally.
Handle mise-en-place tasks, such as filleting fish.
Monitor inventory to ensure the freshness and flavor of our products.
Teach and mentor trainee chefs.
About you
You are positive, creative, enthusiastic, and highly driven.
You have completed vocational training in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with leadership capabilities.
Certified in Social Hygiene.
You know the HACCP and allergen regulations inside and out.
